Refund/Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refund requests for services provided by Annadhatho, operated by the parent company ANNADHATHO CHARITABLE TRUST (R). Please read this policy carefully before availing of our services.

 

1. Emergency Ambulance Services

1.1 Cancellation Fee

If you cancel a service request, you may be subject to a Cancellation Fee. The applicable Cancellation Fee will be notified to you in advance through the Application.

1.2 No Refunds for Smoking/Drinking/Misbehavior

Smoking, drinking, misbehavior, or any other violation of applicable laws in our vehicles, hospitals, or ashrams is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in a fine or blacklisting. In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and your account may be terminated.

 

2. Donation Towards Annadhatho

No Refunds for Donations: Donations made are immediate and irrevocable. Once a donation is made, no refunds or changes to the donation’s purpose can be requested. Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the App/website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing the online donation as it is an extremely cumbersome process. We therefore request you to be sure before you donate.

 

3. Volunteers/Contributors for the Cause

No Refunds for Commissions: Commissions earned by volunteers are non-refundable. Once a commission is earned, it cannot be refunded.

 

4. Scholarship Program

No Refunds for Scholarships: Scholarships awarded by Annadhatho are non-refundable. Once a scholarship is granted, it cannot be refunded.

 

5. Membership Fee

No Refunds for Activation Fees: Activation fees for Contributor 1 User and Contributor 2 User accounts are non-refundable. Once the fee is paid, it cannot be refunded.

 

6. Internship Through Annadhatho

No Refunds for Internship Programs: Fees or charges associated with internship programs offered by Annadhatho are non-refundable. Once paid, these fees cannot be refunded.

 

7. General

Annadhatho does not offer refunds for services, commissions, fees, donations, scholarships, or products once they have been provided or acquired through our platform. All transactions are considered final.
