ANNADHATHO TERMS OF SERVICES

Annadhatho application/Site is operated by the Parent Company Annadhatho charitable trust (R).

Important: Please ensure that you read and understand all these Terms of Use before you use the Service. If you do not accept any of the Terms of Use, then please do not use the app/website or avail any of the services being provided therein. By using this Service, you agree that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed with the Terms of Use. You further agree to the representations made by yourself below. If you do not agree to or fall within the Terms of Use of the Service (as defined below) and wish to discontinue using the Service, please do not continue using this Application or Service.

These following terms & Conditions will be applying on you when you will be using the application and site by any android/iPhone mobile phone and computer. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

 

  1. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

You shall ensure that the Registration Data provided by You is accurate, complete, current, valid and true and is updated from time to time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect and for an indefinite period, if We have a reason to believe that the Registration Data or any other data provided by You is incorrect or false.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access or use of your Account. 

If you reside in a jurisdiction that restricts the use of the Service because of age or restricts the ability to enter into contracts such as this Terms of Use due to age, you must abide by such age limits.

In case, you are unable to access your account, please inform Us at [email protected] and make a written request for blocking your account. We will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions made through your account prior to the expiry of 48 hours after you have made a request in writing for blocking your account and shall not have any liability in case of Force Majeure Event.

 

  1. EMERGENCY AMBULANCE SERVICES

The Application allows you to avail the transportation (ambulance/taxi) services offered by Third-party Ambulance service providers. The Service allows You to send a request through Annadhatho App/Site to a Driver on the Annadhatho network. The Driver has sole and complete discretion to accept or reject each request for Service. If the Driver accepts a request, Annadhatho notifies You and provides information regarding the Driver – including Driver name, Vehicle number, telephone contact details of the Driver and such other details as Annadhatho may determine.

Annadhatho shall procure reasonable efforts to bring You into contact with a Driver, subject to the availability of Driver in or around Your location at the moment of Your request for such services.

By using the Application or the Service, You further agree that:

(i) You will only use the Service or download the Application for Your sole, personal use and will not resell or assign it to a third party;

(ii) You will not use an account that is subject to any rights of a person other than You without appropriate authorization;

(iii) You will not use the Service or Site for unlawful purposes;

(iv) You will not try to harm the Service, Site or our network in any way whatsoever;

(v) You will provide Annadhatho with such information and documents which Annadhatho may reasonably request;

(vi) You will only use an authorized network to avail the Service;

(vii) You are aware that when requesting Services, whether by message, via Site or calling the call centre of Annadhatho, standard messaging charges, data charges, voice charges, as applicable, of the Your and Our phone network service providers, will apply.

You agree and permit Annadhatho to share any information provided by You with third parties in order to facilitate provision of certain value-added services offered by such third parties to You and/or to provide certain value-added services to You by Annadhatho. You hereby expressly consent to receive communications from Annadhatho / third parties offering value-added services.

You shall check the booking details including but not limited to pick up time and pick up place, and if there is incorrect detail, the same needs to be informed to us immediately by calling our call centre.

In the event of breakdown of the Vehicle, which is beyond repair, before completion of the Ride, Annadhatho on a best effort basis and at its sole discretion may arrange for a Substitute Vehicle for completion of Your Ride to Your destination. However, the arrangement of Substitute Vehicle shall be subject to its availability.

Annadhatho bears no responsibility and liability for delays and losses suffered by You or caused to You as a consequence of the breakdown of the Vehicle or the Substitute Vehicle.

Third-party Ambulance service providers shall charge Fare to You for the Ride offered to You by them.

You shall be required to pay such Additional Fee, which will form part of the receipt of the Total Ride Fee.

You shall be required to pay such Cancellation Fee if you cancel the request : You shall be notified of the applicable Cancellation Fee in advance whenever You attempt to cancel a booking/service request. The notification shall be on the Application.

You shall not smoke and drink in the Vehicles/Hospital/Ashram or misbehave with any personal or distract them and will take action as per the Applicable Law. You shall also be blacklisted as a result of non-payment of the fine or misbehaving as the case may be, and in such event, Your Account may be terminated by Annadhatho.

Annadhatho shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between caused to the User including loss of life as a result of delay or default or deficiency or failure in the Services offered by Third Party Operators You and Third Party Ambulance Agencies/Drivers / Operator. In particular, Annadhatho does not implicitly or explicitly guarantee the services on the CHANNEL.

Any payment related issue, except when such issue is due to an error or fault in the Website/Application, shall be resolved between You and the Payment Processor. Annadhatho shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use of Your E-Wallet during or after availing the Services on the Site.

The Driver, shall not either directly or indirectly:

  1. engage in any conduct that damages the reputation or causes inconvenience in any manner, to Annadhatho; or
  2. be the reason for Annadhatho to be a part of any negative publicity.

The Driver hereby agrees that any complaint/s by Customers regarding the Vehicle or Driver will be considered to be a breach of the obligations by the Driver hereunder for which Annadhatho shall not be responsible in any manner. If there is any serious complaint regarding any particular Vehicle and/or Driver, Annadhatho may, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate the Account of such Driver, by providing a written notice to Driver to this effect.

Annadhatho may require the Driver to affix Annadhatho brand including but not limited to its logo / sticker on the Vehicle. In such event, Driver shall extend all necessary support and assistance to Annadhatho for affixing Annadhatho brand on the Vehicle. It is hereby clarified that Driver will not be entitled for any additional payments for the Annadhatho logo / sticker affixed on the Vehicle.

 

  1. EMERGENCY BLOOD SERVICES

Annadhatho aims to connect volunteer blood donors (“Donors”) with blood Receivers in their nearest local geographical area that are seeking blood donors (“Receivers”). Annadhatho Connect Donors with people in the Donors’ geographical area (“Receivers”)

Online Blood Self Service is obtained and developed from a variety of sources including but not limited to collaborations with third parties and information provided by third parties upon agreement. Annadhatho does not warrant or make any representations as to any third-party products or services described or referred to the Service.

Annadhatho is not a blood bank

  1. Annadhatho is not a blood bank and Annadhatho is not affiliated with any particular blood recipient. Annadhatho does not carry out nor interfere with any business or activities in relation to blood donation, including but not limited to recruitment or selection of donors, collection, storage, processing or transportation of blood.
  2. Annadhatho does not provide any medical supervision or assistance.
  3. Annadhatho has not obtained, nor is it required to obtain, any statutory licenses, approvals, registration, certifications, or accreditations in this respect, including pursuant to any law, rules, or regulations applicable in the Blood Bank’s or Donor’s jurisdictions (“Applicable Law”).

Annadhatho’s goal is to facilitate the donor and the receiver with the help of enabling Technology for blood donation.

  1. Blood donation is a voluntary service and Annadhatho does not guarantee that a potential Donor will agree to donate blood whenever called upon to do so. Donors may remove their status as a blood donor at any time.
  2. Blood donors have the right to stop participating in this Feature at any time.
  3. Annadhatho does not guarantee that it will, or is able to, connect Donors and Receivers.
  4. Annadhatho will not be liable for any injury or loss of life resulting from any connections or lack of connections facilitated through the Feature.
  5. No contract, express or implied, is created hereby among any parties using the Feature, or with Annadhatho.

Annadhatho serves only as an Platform Provider to Connect Donors and Receivers with their mboile App

  1. Annadhatho only facilitates contact between Donors and Receivers in need of blood providing relevant information about donors and those in need of blood to potential Donors via the Annadhatho’s Application.
  2. Annadhatho is not responsible for the direct contact made between Donors and receivers nor is Annadhatho’s responsible for the Donors’ actions before or after contact is made.
  • Annadhatho is not responsible for any misuse of contact information displayed. Annadhatho gives no assurance with respect to the authenticity, accuracy or correctness of the information provided by the Donor or requests made by the receivers.
  1. The Donor and the Receiver are responsible for verifying the authenticity and correctness of the information provided by the other working with their respective hospitals or blood banks.
  2. Annadhatho does not receive any protected health information.
  3. Under no circumstances will Annadhatho have access to any Donor’s health information or records obtained from or arising out of any eligibility exams or other procedures performed by the health care providers
  • Annadhatho will not, to the extent permitted under Applicable Law, be responsible for any claims, disputes, suits, actions, proceedings, losses, injury, damages or harm (including, but not limited to, loss of personal data, personal injury, or loss of life) caused to the Donor, the receiver, and/or any third party due to any interaction between the Donor, Blood receiver, and/or any third party.

When you register as a Donor on Annadhatho, you express an interest to donate blood voluntarily and agree to receive updates when Receivers raise a request in your geographical area are looking for blood donors using our platform.

Blood donation is a voluntary act and it is entirely at your sole discretion to donate blood.

You should seek and obtain appropriate medical advice from qualified medical professionals prior to participating in any blood donation activities. Annadhatho does not conduct any independent health or background checks.

Annadhatho does not guarantee that you will be eligible or able to donate blood. The Receiver or the Third Party like Hospitals /Blood Banks , Diagnostic Laboratories are responsible for taking all steps required to determine your eligibility ,accuracy and ability to donate blood.

 

  1. EMERGENCY FOOD SERVICES:

Annadhatho’s Role: Annadhatho Food services is designed to provide users with information about free food distribution events happening in your city. Our mobile app is a platform designed to provide information about free food distribution locations within your city.

Information Source: Information regarding free food distribution locations may come from various sources, including but not limited to collaborations with third parties and information provided by third parties under mutual agreements. Annadhatho does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of the food provided.

Voluntary Participation: Users of the Annadhatho mobile app acknowledge that the decision to participate in any free food distribution is entirely voluntary.

Safety and Health: Users should exercise caution and prioritize their safety and health when attending any food distribution events. Annadhatho does not conduct background checks on food distribution organizers or participants, nor does it guarantee the quality or safety of the food provided.

Eligibility: Users acknowledge that Annadhatho does not guarantee eligibility or suitability for receiving free food. Eligibility is determined by the food distribution organizers or authorities.

No Liability: Annadhatho shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, harm, or damages incurred by users while participating in food distribution events facilitated through the mobile app. Users understand and accept that any interactions with food distribution organizers and other users are at their own risk.

Annadhatho shall not directly or indirectly engage in activities that are, or can be construed as political lobbying, acting as agents in government tenders, making political contribution in cash or kind, affiliation to any political, religious or other sectarian ideologies and practices, money laundering activities, dealing and transacting with entities/individuals/association of people sanctioned/blacklisted/being investigated by Indian government and its organizations, and/or any government intelligence agency.

Annadhatho shall NOT adopt any transportation practices to deliver food.

Annadhatho while carrying food distribution, does not adopt discriminatory practices on the basis of caste, creed, gender, religion, race, sexual orientation, or any other discriminatory, sectarian or prejudicial basis in its programs, operations or other external or internal processes.

Donors can remain anonymous on the Platform. It is clarified that by exercising this option, Donor’s information shall not be made public, but shall be used for communications to post food availability.

Donor understands that the Platform is only facilitating the information of availability of food donations, and we are not responsible in any way for the end utilization.

Nothing in this disclaimer will – limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury.

Annadhatho under no obligation to become involved in any dispute between the Donor and any third party arising in connection with the use of the Platform in any manner.

 

  1. EMERGENCY WOMEN HELPLINE SERVICES

Support for Women: The Women Helpline Platform aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for women to seek assistance, guidance, and resources related to various issues, including but not limited to domestic violence, harassment, mental health, legal matters, and other challenges faced by women.

Accurate Information: Users of the Women Helpline Platform are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when seeking assistance or support. False or misleading information may hinder our ability to help.

Respectful Behaviour: Users are expected to treat all platform users, volunteers, and staff with respect, kindness, and consideration. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Confidentiality: All personal and sensitive information shared with the Women Helpline Platform is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Users are also expected to respect the confidentiality of others and not disclose their personal information without their explicit consent.

Non-Emergency Service: The Women Helpline Platform is not intended for emergencies. In case of immediate danger or a life-threatening situation, users are advised to contact local law enforcement or emergency services.

Professional Advice: The Women Helpline Platform is not a substitute for professional advice or counseling. Users are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals, such as therapists, lawyers, or medical practitioners, for specific issues that require professional expertise.

User Discretion: Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on the information and assistance received through the platform. The Women Helpline Platform is not liable for any outcomes resulting from user decisions or actions.

Misuse Reporting: If you encounter any misuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior while using the Women Helpline Platform, please report it to our platform administrators immediately. We take user safety and well-being seriously and will investigate and address such reports promptly.

 

  1. EMERGENCY FIRE RESCUE SERVICES

Nature of the Platform: The Platform provides access to fire and rescue emergency services, including a women’s helpline, aimed at assisting users during emergencies and distressing situations.

Emergency Situations: Users must only use the Platform in genuine fire and rescue emergency situations. False reports or misuse of the Platform are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

No Liability for Emergency Services: The Platform acts as a facilitator to connect users in distress with appropriate emergency services. We do not provide emergency services directly, and we shall not be liable for any delays, errors, omissions, or actions of emergency responders.

Emergency Reporting: Users are responsible for providing accurate and timely information when reporting an emergency or requesting assistance through the Platform. False or misleading information may lead to delays in responding to genuine emergencies.

Safety First: Users are responsible for their safety and the safety of others during emergencies. Follow all safety guidelines provided by emergency responders.

No Guarantees: The Platform does not guarantee the availability of emergency services or the success of rescue operations. Users understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with emergencies.

While our third party service providers are maintaining the fire equipment, it may not be fully operational. By law, you must make sure that you make other suitable arrangements to make sure you have effective protection in place if there is a fire.

Third-Party Services: Some emergency services may be provided by third-party organizations or agencies. The Platform is not responsible for the actions or performance of these third parties.

 

  1. EMERGENCY ANIMAL RESCUE SERVICES

Service Availability: The Animal Rescue Platform serves as a facilitator for Users seeking immediate assistance for animal rescue emergencies. We do not directly perform animal rescue operations but connect Users with Rescuers who may offer assistance.

Animal Ownership: Users confirm that they have the legal right to request rescue assistance for the animal in question and are authorized to access the location where the animal is found.

Safety: Users should prioritize safety when interacting with Rescuers and animals. Users are encouraged to follow any safety instructions provided by Rescuers and exercise caution during rescue operations.

No Liability: Annadatho shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, harm, or damages incurred by Users, Rescuers, or animals during rescue operations facilitated through the Platform. All parties participating in rescue operations do so at their own risk.

Third-Party Actions: The Animal Rescue Platform is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or qualifications of Rescuers. Users should exercise their judgment when interacting with Rescuers and ensure the suitability of the rescue operation.

Animal Health: The Platform does not provide veterinary services or medical advice. Users are responsible for the health and well-being of rescued animals and should seek appropriate veterinary care if needed.

Animal Welfare:

  1. Our platform promotes the well-being and humane treatment of animals.
  2. Users must not engage in any activities that harm animals or violate animal welfare laws.

 

  1. DONATION TOWARDS ANNADHATHO

Annadhatho is a Platform for the purposes of receiving online donations raised through online giving, for enabling charitable projects and other activities.

Eligibility for Donation: You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to make a donation through Annadhatho.

By donating, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Payment and Third-Party Terms: Donors must comply with the terms and conditions of the Bank Website and/or any additional payment gateway service provider when making donations.

Personal or sensitive information provided to Annadhatho on third-party websites is subject to the terms of those websites, and Annadhatho is not liable for such data.

Donation Acceptance: Annadhatho reserves the right to cease accepting donations from any donor(s) due to network failures, technical issues, or other reasons, at its sole discretion.

Annadhatho may change the Payment Mechanism or take necessary steps as deemed fit in its discretion.

Donations made toward campaigns are immediate and irrevocable, and no refunds or changes to the donation’s purpose can be made.

Acknowledgment and Tax Receipt: After your donation is complete, Annadhatho will provide an acknowledgment or receipt for tax purposes, if applicable. Please retain this receipt for your records.

Public Disclosure: Annadhatho may publicly share the names and donation amounts of donors unless otherwise requested at the time of donation.

Tax Deductibility: All donations to Annadhatho Charitable Trust are tax exempted under 80G of the Indian Income Tax Act. Consult a tax advisor for specific information regarding the deductibility of your donation.

Use of Donations: Annadhatho will utilize donations for the purposes specified on our app/website or in our fundraising materials.

Termination or Suspension: Annadhatho reserves the right to terminate or suspend donation services or access to our website/app at any time and for any reason.

 

  1. VOLUNTEERS/CONTRIBUTOR FOR THE CAUSE

Volunteer Responsibilities: Volunteers shall adhere to Annadhatho’s mission and values when collecting donations on behalf of the organization.

Volunteers must act ethically, honestly, and with the utmost integrity when representing Annadhatho.

Volunteers should be knowledgeable about the Annadhatho’s projects, initiatives, and donation needs to answer potential donor questions accurately.

Donation Collection Guidelines: Volunteers should use official Annadhatho donation materials and forms when collecting donations.

Donations collected by volunteers must be promptly turned over to the Annadhatho’s authorized representatives.

Volunteers must ensure that donors receive a valid receipt for their contributions in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Privacy and Data Protection: Volunteers must handle donor information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to all data protection laws.

Personal donor information must not be shared with unauthorized individuals or third parties without explicit consent.

Financial Transactions: Volunteers should not retain any portion of collected donations for personal use or expenses.

Annadhatho is not responsible for any cash or financial instruments lost by volunteers during the donation collection process.

Reporting and Accountability: Volunteers are required to submit regular reports detailing the donations they have collected.

Any discrepancies or issues regarding collected donations should be reported to the Annadhatho ‘s management promptly.

Commission Percentage: Volunteers will receive a commission equal to 25% (or the designated percentage by Annadhatho anytime) of the donations they successfully collect.

Payment Schedule: Payouts will be made on a monthly basis, with the specific payout date to be determined by Annadhatho’s finance department.

Volunteers will receive their commissions via the payment method specified by the NGO, such as bank transfer or check.

Deductions and Withholdings: Annadhatho reserves the right to deduct any applicable taxes or fees from the commission amount in accordance with local tax laws.

Non-Transferable: Commissions are non-transferable and shall be paid directly to the volunteer who collected the donations.

Legal Compliance: Volunteers must comply with all local, state, and national laws and regulations regarding charitable donations and fundraising activities.

Annadhatho will not be held liable for any legal consequences resulting from the actions of volunteers.

Termination of Volunteer Relationship: Annadhatho reserves the right to terminate the volunteer relationship if volunteers are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engage in unethical behaviour.

Liability Disclaimer: Annadhatho doest not disclaim any liability for actions or omissions of volunteers during the donation collection process.

Termination of Commission Agreement: Annadhatho may terminate the commission agreement with a volunteer if there is evidence of unethical behavior, violations of these terms and conditions, or any actions that could harm the reputation or mission of the organization.

In the event of termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

Conflict of Interest: Volunteers shall not engage in any activities that create a conflict of interest with their fundraising efforts for Annadhatho. Any such conflicts should be disclosed to the organization.

Transparency and Reporting: Annadhatho is committed to transparency in commission calculations and disbursements. Volunteers may request a breakdown of how their commission was calculated.

Amendment of Commission Agreement: Annadhatho reserves the right to amend the commission structure and terms at any time. Volunteers will be notified of any changes.

 

  1. SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Applicants must be Indian citizens and residents.
  2. Applicants must be enrolled in a recognized educational institution.
  • Scholarships are available to students pursuing courses at the secondary (10th grade) and higher secondary (12th grade) levels, as well as undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
  1. Applicants must meet the minimum academic performance criteria specified by the Trust.

Application Process: Students can apply for scholarships using the official Annadhatho mobile app.

All information provided in the scholarship application must be accurate and complete.

The Trust reserves the right to request additional documents and information for verification purposes.

Scholarship Amounts: Scholarship amounts are based on the applicant’s academic performance, as follows:

75% – Rs. 2,500/-

85% – Rs. 3,500/-

95% – Rs. 4,500/-

98% – Rs. 6,000/-

99% – Free Education

100% – Free Education

Verification of Documents: Scholarships will be granted only after the verification of required documents, including but not limited to marks cards, identification, and proof of enrollment.

Falsification of documents or providing false information will result in the disqualification of the applicant.

Free Education Scholarships: Applicants who score 99% and 100% in their qualifying exams are eligible for free education scholarships provided by Annadhatho Charitable Trust.

Free education scholarships cover tuition fees and other related educational expenses, as determined by the Trust.

Disbursement of Scholarships: Scholarship amounts will be disbursed through a secure and verifiable payment method, as specified by the Trust.

Disbursement may be subject to taxation and compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Termination or Changes: Annadhatho Charitable Trust reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Scholarship Program at its discretion.

Changes to the terms and conditions of the Scholarship Program will be communicated to applicants and published on the official website and mobile app.

Compliance with Law: Applicants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including income tax laws, in relation to the scholarship received.

 

  1. User Types

Account Activation: The standard practices for your account activation is as follows;

  1. Contributor User:1

To activate a contributor User account, a non-refundable subscription charge of Rs. 699 is required, payable through the app.

Your contributor User activation will remain valid for 1 year days from the date of payment.

  1. Contributor User: 2

Contributor Users have the option to upgrade to Contributor User status by paying a one-time non-refundable fee of Rs. 999, payable through the app.

Contributor Users enjoy lifetime membership status with no additional subscription charges.

User Responsibilities: By using the Annadhatho mobile app, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and when participating in tasks.

Not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical activities while promoting the NGO’s initiatives.

Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.

 

  1. INTERNSHIP THROUGH ANNADHATHO

Internship Program Overview: Annadhatho is a mediating organization that offers internship courses and opportunities to eligible students and assists students in finding a suitable internship.

The internship does not constitute an Employment Agreement or any offer of employment with either Annadhatho or the Host Company.

Annadhatho does not guarantee the location or business for any Internship Offer.

The search for a suitable internship according to your requirements will be carried out up to three times. When there is no match after communication between the student and three companies, no further placement procedure will be carried out.

Application and Selection:

  1. Students interested in the internship program must complete the application process through the mobile application.
  2. The Organization reserves the right to select interns based on its discretion, taking into consideration academic performance, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Responsibilities: Interns are expected to;

  1. Participate actively in the assigned internship tasks and projects.
  2. Adhere to the Organization’s policies, guidelines, and code of conduct.

Internship Certificate:

As a Contributor User, you may have the opportunity to earn an Internship Certificate from Annadhatho based on your performance and active participation in tasks assigned by the organization.

Nature of the Internship Course:

  1. Online Component:

The internship course primarily operates through online platforms, utilizing tools such as Google Meet for virtual interactions, training, and collaborative work. Participants will engage in online meetings, webinars, and discussions as part of their learning experience.

  1. Field Study and Market Visits:

Additionally, the internship program may entail tasks that require participants to engage in field studies or market visits. These on-site activities are designed to provide practical, real-world exposure and hands-on learning opportunities, enhancing the overall educational experience.

Compensation: Interns may or may not receive compensation or stipends for their participation in the program. Any compensation details will be communicated to the interns before the start of the internship. Earnings are contingent on individual efforts and performance.

Confidentiality: Interns must not disclose any confidential or proprietary information about the Organization, or its partners acquired during the internship.

Liability: The Organization is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the internship.

Feedback and Evaluation: Interns may be required to provide feedback and evaluations of their internship experience to help improve the program.

Internship Placement: The search for the internship takes place on location and occurs on behalf of educational requirements and the concerning branch of study.

Requirements should be notified in advance and passed on to the respective contact person at the office on location.

After the provided internship, students cannot refuse based on unfamiliar information requirements at the Annadhatho internships.

Placement Timeframe: Annadhatho cannot guarantee any internship placement within a certain timeframe.

External factors (such as available companies, flights, visa approval, etc.) prohibit us from guaranteeing a specific date or timeframe.

You acknowledge that any expected timeframe for placement given by us is indicative only and not binding.

Modification of Opportunities: Annadhatho may modify, suspend, or terminate internship opportunities, including commission rates and tasks, at its sole discretion. Notice of such changes will be provided through the app.

Termination and Suspension: Annadhatho reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts and participation in internship opportunities if users violate these terms and conditions or engage in any prohibited activities.

You agree and acknowledge that mapping service on the Annadhatho Application is provided through the Google Maps API by Google Inc., located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States. By downloading, installing or using the Annadhatho Application, you agree to be bound by the Google Terms of Use (http://maps.google.com/help/ terms_maps.html).

You agree and acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to review, determine the applicability and comply with the Google Terms of Service, as may be revised from time to time. Annadhatho will not be responsible for any liability or loss/damage caused or suffered by you on account of your reliance on the mapping/navigation service made available by Google Maps through the Annadhatho Application.

 

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

Definition of Force Majeure: Annadhatho shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions when such failure or delay is directly or indirectly caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fires, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, war, terrorism, or any other events or conditions beyond the control of the Organization.

Impact of Force Majeure: In the event of a Force Majeure event, Annadhatho shall be excused from performance for the duration of the event and shall not be held responsible for any resulting damages, losses, or liabilities incurred by users or third parties.

Communication and Mitigation: Annadhatho shall make reasonable efforts to inform users affected by a Force Majeure event and take appropriate steps to mitigate its impact. However, Annadhatho does not guarantee the ability to fully resume normal operations during or after such an event.

Termination Due to Prolonged Force Majeure: If a Force Majeure event continues for an extended period and substantially prevents Annadhatho from performing its obligations, either party may choose to terminate the affected portion of these terms and conditions without incurring any liability.

User Precautions: Users are encouraged to take appropriate precautions and make contingency plans to account for the possibility of a Force Majeure event affecting their use of the platform.

 

  1. LIMITATION LIABILITY:

Under no circumstances shall Annadhatho or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access or use of or inability to access or use the application and any third party content and services, whether or not the damages were foreseeable and whether or not Annadhatho was advised of the possibility of such damages, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Annadhatho’s aggregate liability to you (whether under contract, tort, statute or otherwise), shall not exceed the amount of five hundred rupees (rs.500/-). the foregoing limitations will apply even if the above-stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.

For contractual purposes, you agree and consent to receive communications from us (as set out in this Section) with respect to the Annadhatho Website/Application including information regarding your account or updates/changes to the Annadhatho Application, and/or any functionalities / features available on the Annadhatho Application or any information which Annadhatho or Transportation Provider so authorized by Annadhatho as per the Privacy Policy communicates to you from time to time (including lifestyle, disease or health related notifications).

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: These Terms of Use and any contractual obligation between the Parties will be governed by the laws of Other Party(s) access to, or use of, the CHANNEL or these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Karnataka. All disputes will be subject to arbitration at Karnataka in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by Intern Infotech private limited under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
