1. Information You Provide

When you register with Annadhatho, you are required to provide the following information for the registration/login process:

(a) Mobile Number: We verify and validate the mobile number provided by you. Other uses:

(i) Mobile number is also used in assisting you in case of any account-related queries raised by you.

(ii) Mobile number is also used to communicate account-related activities and custom offers occasionally.

(b) Email Address: Your email address is used to communicate service alerts (your activity on Annadhatho & service-related communication). Other uses:

(i) We verify your email address through 3rd party services to detect fraud/unauthorized usage of Annadhatho.

(ii) We send commercial or marketing messages which we deem to be relevant to you, with an option to unsubscribe in each email. We shall not send you any email communication if you choose to unsubscribe from these messages.

(c) Name & PAN Card Number: Your PAN is used to verify your identity.

(i) We verify your PAN card through 3rd party services to ensure genuine usage of Annadhatho and allow you to benefit from Annadhatho services.

(d) Bank Account Information: Your bank account information is used to ensure payouts are provided only to your bank account that matches with your name on the PAN card.

(i) We verify your Bank information through 3rd party services to ensure genuine usage and that your payouts happen only in your bank accounts.

This information is stored in an encrypted format.

All required information is service-dependent, and the organization may use the above said user information to maintain, protect, and improve the Annadhatho Services and for developing new services.

In case you choose to decline to submit your mobile number and email address information on the app during registration, we will not be able to provide services on the app to you.

 

2. User Consent

When you register with Annadhatho, we may contact you from time to time about updating your personal information to provide you features that we believe may benefit or interest you. By agreeing to this privacy policy, you explicitly give us consent to use your information as described in this privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access Annadhatho services.

 

3. Information You Allow Us to Access

Information that you permit us to store and process via the App’s disclosure:

(a) If allowed, we access your photos, media, and files to facilitate you in downloading/Uploading photos to/from your gallery. If allowed, we access your storage file system, read and modify the contents of your storage.

(b) If allowed, we access your Contacts. Moreover, we also enable you to find or invite your mobile contacts’ friends into our application.

(c) If allowed, we access your Phone to read phone status, identity, and unique device ID of your device.

After registration is complete, users can optionally choose to furnish the following information via the Profile section within Annadhatho:

(a) Location info, including address

(b) Personal info, including name, date of birth, gender, education, profession, marital info, interests, and other miscellaneous information.

This information is completely voluntary, and you can choose not to provide it. The above information, as supplied by you, enables us to improve the Annadhatho services.

 

4. Information We Capture/Track

Information we capture/track from the use of the services or obtain from third parties (This information is only captured from your device after you grant permission to the Annadhatho app):

We capture/track information from your use of services. This information may be obtained from third parties in some cases. This information is used to provide the best and customized service to each of our users, improve overall service delivery, devise new services, identify and reduce fraud or unauthorized use of our services, and other purposes. All this information is captured after your explicit confirmation and permissions wherever required. Information tracked has been mentioned below to give details of the same.

6. a) When you connect to our application, we collect non-personal data about yourself like the Android model, version, and browser, resolution of your mobile phone, IMEI, Language, network, unique mobile identifier, Mobile carriers, Cookies, and other such information.

8. c) We also keep a record of your usage history like clicks on different events, exit pages/screens on our services, etc., to improve your experiences with us.

It reduces your effort to re-enter the same information when you visit us next time and update a new version of our application. We read SMS messages and routing information only for mobile number verification purposes for registration/signup on Annadhatho. We do not read messages sent by any service other than Annadhatho/Annadhatho itself.

We use information collected from cookies and other technologies, like pixel tags, etc., to improve your user experience and the overall quality of our services. We use multiple such 3rd party services like Google Analytics, Branch metrics, etc. We may combine personal information from one service with information, including personal information, from other services to create a rich profile of you to enhance your experience on Annadhatho.

We do not disclose your Personal Information. Though information aggregate maybe provided to partners to provide tailored ads and notifications to users.

We do not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information (such as combining your name with your unique User Device number).

Annadhatho App may include links to other websites or apps. Such sites are governed by their respective privacy policies, which are beyond our control. Once you click on those links, the use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting. That policy may differ from ours. If you can’t find the privacy policy of any of these sites via a link from the site’s homepage, you should contact the site directly for more information.

Any information you provide directly to a third-party merchant, website, or application is not covered by this privacy notice. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of merchants or other third parties with whom you choose to share your personal information directly. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party to whom you choose to share your personal information directly.

Any contents found on third-party sites don’t belong to us and they are controlled by the owner of the respective sites.

Annadhatho has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Whenever you change or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Once your information is in our possession, we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.

 

12. Advertisements Network and Third-Party Services
13. a) Your information may be used for the presentation of advertisements. We may use ad networks to customize and display advertising on our Services. We may share certain information about you as a user (such as age or other information we have collected or received) with certain ad network and service providers to help them deliver more relevant content and advertisements through their networks.
14. b) We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements when you visit or use our application. These companies may use information about your visits or use of particular services to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
15. c) We bring relevant offers to users for their benefit. These offers may include gaming offers, personal loan offers, shopping offers, fantasy league offers, finance or insurance-related offers, e-health medicine purchase platform offers, etc. Annadhatho is an intermediary and is not affiliated with any ad agency or company that promotes their products on our app. In case a company does not receive the necessary requirements pertaining to the offer, the company may not provide the incentive associated with the offer. Annadhatho is not responsible for non-issuance in any scenarios.
16. d) We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party. Though information aggregate may be provided to partners to provide tailored ads and notifications to users. We can also give it to some government institutions if and only if it is permitted by the Law of the Government of India.
17. e) We cannot, and do not, control the information that you share with other Users using an Application, the Services and how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.
18. f) When you share our application/contents or link your user profile to some third parties like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram etc. they might receive your personal and non-personal information like Name, Email address, Date of Birth, Age, etc. We are not responsible for that kind of sharing of data as we don’t/can’t control it. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy, you accept this fact.

13. International Users

Your personal and non-personal information may be stored and processed in any countries where we provide our services as described in the Privacy Policy. By agreeing to our Privacy Policy and using our Application, you consent to transfer your personal and non-personal information to us despite the fact that different countries have different data protection rules. If you object to your Personal/non-personal Information being processed as described in this Policy, Please do not use this Application.
